There must be a reason why you got muted from chat. Just because you didn't tell your telegram username won't likely cause you got muted from there.
I never got muted on stake, but do you can't betting when your account got muted from chat? I doubt about that
I think you misunderstand it. Reading the post of above user, as per my understanding is that he is getting muted because he answer someone who asked his telegram username with something like "same with my username (high possibility his stake's username).

So this is what happened
I was chatting with everyone and suddenly one guy asks me - can I contact you anywhere outside stake?
I replied clearly that no I cannot but my telegram ID but it is same as my username
I have been permanent muted for this.
I am not saying muting was wrong because I should have just ignored him, but isn't is better to mute such people who ask me for these details?
I wagered so much and I am platinum 2 so not like I just made an account to spam.
All the hard wager and betting you do is nothing just because of one bad moment?
Moderator cdot was online during all this happened and he didn't muted me so please ask him if you have doubts.
Sorry to hear that, but if it is true, I do think that you do not deserve permanent mute unless you did it many times. I've been muted once few years back due to sharing referral link by personal message/direct message to one of my stake's friend. It was 48 hours mute only and I admit my mistake then created a thread on the forum
https://forum.stake.com/board/174-appeals/ and I got unmuted after 24hours only instead of 48 hours. So you may try it, tell the details of your story there and forum mods may assist you better.
