I think the target depends on your activity. If you are a long-term holder then you must be expecting at least 20X more from the 2018 ATH of BTC. From that perspective, BTC will only be 3X by then.  Also, institutional investors choose BTC as a long-term investment that means they are not going to sell for now. So it's hard to predict but 75k should be the next heavy resistance level for BTC if it again breaks the 60k mark.
