I think it depends on your location and currency you are using, so for example when using EURO you have AdvCash and Payeer option, for USD there is only AdvCash and for RUB you can use credit cards, YooMoney and Qiwi.
AdvCash has it's own debit cards but I am not sure if all countries are supported for their cards, and also keep in mind that service fee for selling Bitcoin directly from Blender is 5%, for example, current rate is 1 BTC ≈ 56 434 USD but you would get around 53 612 USD.

My question for OP is what happens if you sell Bitcoin, transaction gets confirmed but you never receive any money? Do we get any guarantees or refunds and how?
