Good to know that your problem has been already solved. Stake is always approachable, I've done chatting with their support whenever I've got some concerns and they're responding within minutes and solve my problems if it's just a minor one easily in less than an hour.
Chat Moderators and Community Managers are helpful as always, sometimes the bad mood of Mod can ruin the day of Stakers but it happens rarely. Once I have been muted for sharing Youtube link with another user on chat but the same YT links have been allowed yesterday. Probably each mod or cm has a different understanding of rules or something was wrong that day

Sounds about right. To be fair, if it were my full time job to be in the stake troll box telling people to behave I would lose my mind.
