All the order of the list manager you choose is the best.
I don't think Hhampuz should be the last one in the list
I guess OP categorized bounty manager list summarizing their past projects, and history in bounty section. You may recognize that Hhampuz somewhat new in bounty project while the list of other managers name quite popular in bounty section. I wish Hhampuz will be regular in bounty section as he is popular in service section.
