I really think people are too overrating binance, I know it's a popular exchange and could bring fame to project but little to nothing I've seen people speak about binance while discussing about doge, it's mostly because of elon that it pumps like this and elon's influence transcends the exchange itself, just try to imagine what happened if binance didn't list doge and that's gonna be "elon shill doge => gets listed by other exchange thats not binance => still get pumped regardless" not to mention most of people in the US isn't only using binance anyway, there  are various other popular exchange and most of them already listing doge since knowing that most of the capital that goes to doge coming from the US I assume.
