There are real humans working 24/7 in 14 languages, you can check whether it's bot or not by writing a question in the live chat, you don't even need to log in.
ehehe i'm waiting replies from Security Department for over 1 year, sending emails every week with different questions... everything is bad about this brand.
The replies were sent a few times already.
You were attacking security team with different questions, the first of them were answered. After a few repeated and controversial complaints it's not a surprise to stop receiving replies.

You are a fucking liar. You took away 550 mBTC from my balance. I won the money with fair bets, and you steal it.
returning the deposits is just a joke. I deposited 200 mBTC and my balance was around 750 mbtc in total and you steal 550 mbtc.
Indicating that I violated terms, which i did not.
Update: I have reported the situation to the police and they were highly interested as online gamblig in my country is not allowed if you do not hold the proper license.
I hope they will track the owner soon.
