Tried everything possible but no s19 firmware would work on it.
The original firmware this unit came with had S20 instead of S19 on the miner dashboard page.
I removed the rear fan and took some pictures of the hashboards. You can see them here

So it seems this is either an experimental or pre-released S20 unit, since AFAIK antminer S20 does not exist in the wild. Also the hashboads all have different serial numbers, so i have mixed hashboards on this unit.
Anyone know where to find S20 firmware?
send an email to bitmain support explain what happened support may help you.

Bitmain may be able to send you a link for a good sd card to recover.
