It looks like they have a withdrawal limit for certain accounts which you may not be aware of. Are you a KYCed user?

Unfortunately there is no Bilaxy representative who can provide you with any clarification on this forum. But I'm pretty sure based on these reviews, that the bilaxy is quite shady.
If it is possible to cancel a withdrawal, I suggest canceling it and making small withdrawals as you did before. There is no other way to save your money.
