Could someone explain me that thing: same rig , same setup, same OS

Celeron G3930 CPU installed - 24.2 Mhs one RX474 PCIex 16x
Pentium G4650T CPU installed - 20.2 Mhs one RX474 PCIex 16x

Pentium has more cash , more Mhz, more threads , but how .....

Im so confused!!!
