I guess I am confused...
Why are blocks 24990 - 25000 all 1 coin rewards then? Are all blocks supporting a block reward of 1000 or just SOME of them? The vast majority that I see only show a 1 coin reward. Are there that few POW blocks?
Did YOU look at the explorer? That is exactly where I got my information...

As you can see, the reward from PoW is still 1000 CNBE.
