They are not going to give you the funds. You should take legal action, and report them to the police.
The police in my country was highly interested, and I have also had contacted the company where they host their website(thanks jollygood for that info)
That company told me they will ban 1xbit if its proven if they fraud or take part in illegal things. Will be only a matter of time before I hear what the owners name is.
And when I know this, I will post this information here in public. I know it is not allowed to post such personal information, but people have the right to know which criminals are running 1xbit.com

Really? what a great initiative mate and i believe that this is what needed for this company to learn from their mistakes.
I'm just hoping that they cannot Bribe your government or officials for this case not to progress.
