Having same name account on different sites indeed isn't a problem. But as stunna said, you have dozen alt accounts, that's why you aren't allowed to withdraw your money as you have broke rules. Just admit it, there is no need to deny about the fact you were cheating on Stake & primedice.

The true is

it's hard to believe something which are just words...

look I'm the only person who bring some evidences (proof screenshot) here and Advisor Stake.com just come here and say the opposite (have dozen alt accounts), you just believe what advisor say?

Your evidences is not enough to prove that you are not breaking the rules by having multi accounts. In this case, you are suspected to have dozen alt accounts and you have the right to ask them which accounts they are referring to. They must have valid evidences to connect those dozen accounts to yours. Stake may not reveal it publicly but they may give it the details privately to you if you ask about it. It is what you can do now, ask them about the connected accounts + proofs on how those accounts are connected and if you are sure that you do not own them then you can give your counter evidences/reasons.
I do not think Stake will go that far. The gambling industry has so many excuses in their terms and conditions that it's very hard for a user to prove them wrong. istimewa99 has a valid point that he at least has some proof but Stake.com was not able to give us any clue except wanting us to believe them. Maybe Stunna would like to give us some information that should be enough just not to believe them but to have a satisfactory reason that they are correct.
