Hamas and Israel not only launched attacks this time, it's just that the spotlight is Hamas using children and women to attract sympathy from citizens of other worlds. why did Hamas not evacuate children and women during the attacks?

Absolutely right. This is very deep rooted conflict and has history of more than 70 years. It is neither religious nor political, it is the dispute of land that has caused millions of death in Middle East. There is no Military solution of this never ending conflict , Military solutions of Afghanistan, Syria and Iraq have created more hard core terrorists despite spending Trillion of dollars because root causes of terrorism were never addressed.
