Update: I sent as suggested the very same email from each one of my accounts asking to close the account and refund the deposits made.
Regarding the message where we stated that your account was opened, in the same message there was an answer to another your quote - we inserted the wrong quote when we were saying about opened account, sorry for that.

Seriously? First that was 8 months after you closed my account. In second I never sent an email from the registered one that you close obviously because the account was already closed by your security team. Please clarify why isn't my account open.
Also why do you refuse to let me withdraw my funds and to provide me the full transaction history? It is a players right according to your rules.
