I quit 2 years ago and I never felt better. I know it sounds strange but I read a book and I it was easy to quit. I strongly encourage everyone to do so because they can but they dont know that.
I have quit smoking many, many times. And only the last one turned out to be successful. It was five years ago. I remember that I had almost a full pack of cigarettes. I did not throw it away immediately, I kept it just in case. Only three months later, I threw away this pack of cigarettes. The main thing is to want very much, and that there would be no smokers nearby.

Interesting.
The problem with smoking cigarette is the harm  it causes to probably most/all of its smokers.
Getting addicted to cigarette smoking is likely much harmful to the body. This is why I believe those addicted to smoking cigarette need to quit smoking completely. I have heard certain smokers say it does not harm them... i hope thorough research is done on their claim to know the truth. I think it should also be beneficial to such smokers if truely its harmless to them otherwise it's probably better  to take cigarettes completely away from public view.

In regards to the bolded part, I believe that is a quick and easy way to recover from addiction to things that are bad for us.
