Why not go with the currency which already has these characteristics mentioned by you.
Bitcoin is widely accepted , it is already listed on coin base and bitcoin is limited supply so no need to burn. Btc price is already high and will continue to grow.
Now you decide you want to invest in Bitcoin or still wana take risk in doge ?
