Well number one thing any dev should always do is to care about what the community wants, the more you do something that community wants, the more you get to be loved by the community. There are only a few places with the talent and resources to actually provide something to community and ask what they think and move on with that.
This is why betfury got bigger than most other places, it may or may not be at the top, but it is certainly over most of the market, maybe a few places might be above it. They achieved this all thanks to the fact that they have a great staff and team that listens to what people say and acts accordingly and make changes on the website, that is a rare thing because places usually only care about what they think they could make money from and not care about the community, which is not the case here and that is a great thing.
