) multiple times. Basically, what happens is they just ask for your e-mail and nothing happens afterwards. When you start to attract their attention in the chat they just ban you.
By the way, this is my second issue with them. Previously I had a similar issue with ETH withdrawal, but after some discussions they released it.

I know it's very frustrating, but you have to be a little patient. Give them some little benefit of doubt
Investigations may take sometime and sending them multiple emails may not help speed up the process. If they take too long, we shall confirm them as scammers.
