My interpretation is: Elon has burned his own or his friends assets in buying doge expensive for driving up the price. To cut losses he is under pressure to show fake support. To get back his assets he must find more stupid investors than himself now. It's time to sell doge now before it's too late, und buy the ecar on more reasonable producers like Toyota. He is not an intelligent for sure.
