IMO if the growth of NANO was getting triggered by elon's tweet.
So many people started to speculate if elon will be using nano as an alternative payment for tesla but the problem is so many people didn't predict the U-turn that created by elon musk.
Some people may bet on nano but i know that if most of people focused on the doge. Nano is good enough to be used as alternative payment system for tesla.
