If Dogecoin and the rest of the meme coins can rally and some even rallied over 1000% then why not people speculate about Cardano rallying to $20 and it is not a huge task if the investors who pumped Doge and some of the other shit coins wanted to pump this one too.
If you check the market even Cardano had a good rally in the past few months along with the rest of the market and then for it to reach another milestone in this rally is a big optimistic approach. If there is any secret development that could propel the price then i would like to hear as well
