After almost 48 hours of begging they returned the money to the user on the site but put me in a new surprise and made the withdrawal fee 4 times more expensive for $ 50(it was 8$).
Hope this time the withdrawal request will processes smooth and im done with this website forever.

I'm very sorry you've had the experience you did. ETH gas price has skyrocketed in the past few days, and your withdrawal was initially broadcasted promptly, but with a gas price that ended up being too low to get it into a block. We had this issue for a number of customers, and I expect other operators and exchanges did too.
We've had to drop those transactions and increase the withdrawal fee, as the gas price is much much higher.
I know $50 is brutal and I wish we didn't have to, but it isn't up to us - those are current ETH gas prices. As soon as gas prices fall, we will drop our withdrawal fees.
FYI the withdrawal fees are only to cover gas price - in fact we subsidise it.

Future experience? I brought you another chance and this time I made a withdrawal in the middle of the week and it has been more than 48 hours and requesting a withdrawal is still in pending mode and at first I was told it would take 24 hours maximum and after that they changed it to 48 hours maximum and now just tell me to wait patiently.
It's just shocking that your site does not meet the rules you set for yourself in terms of withdrawal times and even that the $ 50 commission you do not meet your conditions.
