This was solved and I have updated the thread. I will leave it for admin to see, so he can improve his system (if possible) so issues like this one don't happen to anyone again.
Sorry for the bad experience. But we always have to be cautious, especially when someone deposit and wd rather large monero amounts. But you got green light from the compliance. Sorry for making you nervous anyway!
My experience since this issue was solved is excellent. I have kept playing, making some good profit and got awards like XMR Top and more. Maybe you should check it, it could be a bug, because I can't lose.

Play what you can afford to lose is the right thing and I ensure that i follow the same. At times when we are winning things look good until one lose and all gone when we realize how it can be silly at times when we had opportunity to stop, we just continued with it.
