The feerate that can get your transaction confirmed in the next block is around 20 sat/vbyte (although, it always fluctuates and can rise in no time), you can try to wait to see if the mempool will become less congested, but that may not happen during the weekdays, I will advice you to pump the fee.

If you can not wait, replace-by-fee is by default on electrum, click on the unconfirmed transaction on electrum, you should be able to pump the fee.
