Maybe or it's just to show that he's really interested to Dogecoin to improve it but isn't it that the developer of Dogecoin has abandoned the project long time ago and if he's ever to come back, what would be the purpose? he's paid by Elon? When did the owner of Doge called Elon a fraud? I bet he said that before Elon pumped Doge up? I dont think the Doge owner will be saying that with Elon helping him by pumping and promoting Doge.
