I'd suggest adding Built-in Exchanger so that everyone can withdraw in the currency they want. I believe most casinos have this feature and it helps a lot for example for those who don't want to pay 0.6mBTC on fees. I don't think it requires additional fund, Mathematically, the bankroll fund should handle it. Hope this idea wins... so I WIN and exchange together...

But I don't think it's very important at this moment. Should give the best priority on other things, For example new games, user profile info, some bugs in tournaments tables to make it more clear. etc.Meanwhile it should be better to use altcoins which has lower fees.
@sujonali1819 indeed it’s a nice idea but this can definitely wait when the casino has grown much bigger than what it currently is, and till then you’re right users can use alt coins for withdrawals. Also when you say new games are coming do you mean in house ones or the admin is planning to add third party games on the site?.
