Also, without escrow no one will take it seriously. I can offer you a free escrow service if you need. Give it a limit of X users. They will tweet and post the link of the tweet. Once the limit hits then everyone will get paid. I can manage it free (escrow) for up to 50 users but if it crosses 50 users then for each users you will need to pay me $1 to manage the entire campaign including the first 50 users. Normally I charge around $50 to $100 for checking twitter entries for minimum 50 users. But in your case since you are trying to do something from your heart without gaining any financial benefit, I have this free offer of less than 50 users.
