Altcoins need to wait for Bitcoin to be stabilized. When Bitcoin stops its fall and run side way, altcoins will recover and continue their growths.

From your suggested crypto, I only agree with Student coin. It has a good idea behind and potneti good usecases. Its price is corrected too much before the latest falls of Bitcoin and crypto market. I see it is the most potential and safest crypto in your list.
