Finally the day we've been waiting for months! Here are the news! New name! New logo! New website! New mining algo! Moving from Pesetacoin to Peseta Digital!

Let's get into details. New name is because we're focused in Spain. When Pesetacoin was launched every coin used to end in -coin. Times have changed and we want to be prepared for the future spanish adoption.

The mining algorith we're using now is very secure but it doesn't allow the community to contribute and get a reward for it. We're moving to a hybrid PoW+PoS. The first 30,000 blocks will be hybrid and after that full PoS.

Monetary emission policy does not change even if the block time is now 5 minutes. We do consider the monetary emission policy stablished from day 1 a key component that will differentiate us from any other coin the central bank can issue.

The swap will be 1:1, the first may, meaning you will receive 1 Peseta Digital for each Pesetacoin you own. The exchange in charge of the swap is SouthXchange. You will be able to deposit your Pesetacoins there until the 30th april. The 1st may, the user will be credited with Peseta Digital.
