as a guy who wanted to get vaccinated so I can be more at ease, yeah I am fine with it. these incentives are just a bonus for me. also, I agree with what Darker45 said it would be better to lower the winning amount and to increase the number of people that can be picked as a winner. although, getting a chance of winning $1million has a better ring to it than winning a $100k. I wish my government would do the same.
^ This is the way they encourage their people to get vaccinated because not all people as of now wanted to be vaccinated at the moment. Because they are afraid of the vaccine since it is not yet proven how effective and it is under monitoring stage which is considering for me not safe. A good strategy for their government to lure people and decide to be vaccinated, if all country will do the same, I don't think if there is hesitation to those people who doubted the vaccine if you have a chance to win a thousand of dollars and I hope not only one winner only.
Myself wont really be still that confident on taking a shot.It takes years or long time before it would be prove to be effective or doesnt really impose any side effects. Its understandable that majority of people are still afraid because of the risk of side effects which can really be plausible. If this is the way that their government to encourage its citizens then i can say that it is a good initiative for them to do so.
Its up to someone if they would get convince on this kind of method or just simply ignore and wont really be that fascinated about those chances on w inning a million.
