This is a correct assumption.  This is exactly what a gambler does when he loses money.  And the second assumption about provocation is also possible.
 But I would like to draw your attention to the fact that, according to the experience of other topics in BTT, individual claims of individual users of course can be, but if some project is in doubt, then a lot of posts from other users will immediately appear and in the end the topic disappears. 
So there should be no complaints here.
