That user, kakabela is accuse you have scammed him. But you shouldn't take it too seriosly as he didn't gave any proofs about his accusation, so we can assume he has lose his money on your site and then calling your site have scammed him. He just angry because he lose his money
Without proof it is consider to be not true so I agree he might be one of the players to lose money in the particular site and cant accept that fact.
Sometimes butt hurt gamblers tend to say bad words for thinking they were scammed especially if they cant do anything to get their money back.
Its not unusual, I see some gamblers doing this accusation and most of them are newbies.
