For me the bubbalex is really good at choosing an outstanding project look at Cartesi this is one of his successful bounties and also harmony I'm always looking forward to participating in his bounties but unfortunately, bubbalex is not accepting bounties right now
Unfortunately Bubbalex is no more into bounty campaign after DIA bounty, he prefers an ambassador role for project and content creation. He consider bounty management as being tedious with little gain. If You follow him so well, he made some mistakes with few projects that failed but he learnt from it. He delivers on his promises on distribution of rewards promptly, I felt he would have used the bullish market to his advantage than the bear if he got campaigns.
