This is a great question. What is he referring to? Is it surely Bitcoin? or maybe Doge? or Tesla stocks? or something else?
On the other hand, do we really care, actually?
Speculators assuming that it's bitcoin but yeah, why would we care? bitcoin will eventually will recover even without him.

Of course he sold it all hell, he bought in at $42k, and now its at $30k, its borrowed money that TSLA used to buy BTC, it went up to $66k
He's already cashed out, if he held any of this bile, then TSLA is already bankrupt on the books, it was already in the red, the BTC was to earn cash to keep the company afloat
Remember DeLorean did this years ago to keep his company afloat, he used company cash to buy $100M USD in cocaine.
