Seems like the issue is happening with SEA ip addresses. the live chat support told me to use VPN to access bc.game instead.

I noticed it was blocked on my mobile 2 days ago but strangely it worked fine on PC.
Yup, i tried other SEA countries VPN but only USA works for me now.
