I have installed OWNR wallet app on my iPhone. This wallet offers variable fees, you can set extremely low transaction fee if need it. For example, I payed $0.31 for sending $70 in Bitcoin equivalent. It took approximately 40 minutes to get two confirmations.

It would be good to pay a little attention to the dates, because you are responding to a post from August 2020 when the fees were less than is the case today. Also, KYC and the transaction fee you pay to miners have nothing to do with each other - install Electrum which is 100% free (no KYC), and you can set a custom fee, which is the case with almost every desktop/mobile/hardware crypto wallet.
