I've been collecting error messages and solutions in the last section as well.

Thanks!

I couldn't get your batch file to work (looping through all the ACM devices, but I was able to write a batch file that launched the 10 I have in 10 separate screens.

Thoughts:
1) put $count at the end of each screen name. That makes it easier to switch to a specific miner.
2) I also needed to "sudo -s" before I run the batch file, or it does not let me use the devices.
3) instructions when ssh to start the miners, something about "screen -S mining" , and A, D to exit ssh and still keep the miners running.

Now to see if they run all night.

OK Take a look now and let me know if it's more clear.

Also Try:

Quote
If you don't want to run all of the miners as sudo/root
Code:
sudo usermod -G plugdev -a
Where is your username: sudo usermod -G plugdev -a miner

And see if it lets you run the miner as a normal user (It does on my linux and pi)

I should make a section on how to physically label your gridseeds with serial numbers and then run them based on serial numbers so you can see if you have an issue with one?  I think.
