Only thing I can say: "you haven't lost your investment untill you sell" we saw it last bullrun.. eventually it'll rise again

This is good advice, but we know it doesn't work 100%. There are many problems in life, and if you have invested a large enough amount and you are simply unlucky, you still need to sell some of the coins to live. Of course, when you have enough money not to think about losses in cryptocurrency, it is easy to reason and give advice, but in life it is completely different.
