I successfully got a refund from livecoin. process was complex and took time from January till May.
they could not provide a calculation of how the number came about - but i received 600 USDT, which is roughly half the worth of my coins from February ( SIB + BTC )

Can you post the transaction of your refund? And what do you mean that they couldn't provide a calculation? They don't know how much you have on your account at the time of the "hack"? Sorry but I don't get it...
