Several members have already posted in that thread (https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5339884.0), I will tag and post there too. I am sure their signature campaign will be rejected by the masses but it is not unusual for some members to join and promote scams and each of those would have to be looked at on a case-by-case basis.
Most probably before tagging I will at least to give particiants the benefit of the doubt and allow them time to remove the signature in case they were not aware of the gravity of scam allegations against the 1xbit scammers. Other DT members will apply their own process which may or may not result in a red or neutral tag.
I think some respected DT members like Jollygood should make a post there, and warn everybody in general on the page who particpated for the campaign.
And if they decide to wear the signature, that they will receive a neg tag and that will not be removed.
Maybe that will help people to stay away from this scam and hopefull will result in people removing their participation.
