Since you are looking for major altcoins to set new all time highs against Bitcoin means you are expecting the valuation of Bitcoin going down while the valuation of alts moving higher  .
Its a good dream and anyone creating shit coins will be having these dreams so that they imagine they could hold a huge number of Bitcoin and some even made fortune with these but i am not expecting the alts to move higher when Bitcoin is going down  .
