I don't think so, the whole taproot signaling coincide with miner issues in China is a huge problem! Signaling on taproot under this conditions are close to impossible.

I consider a serious threat to Bitcoin's independence to rely on United States based corporations while in reality is that Bitcoin mining in China always was the thing, pushing for taproot and celebrate crackdown on miners the same time is absurd.

At least show some solidarity with those miners and stop signaling for taproot. the disturbance in China caused Bitcoin Hashrate to drop from 185 to 124 exahashes per second.  That is more than 60 exahash loss in days!

It would be immoral to continue with signaling for taproot.
