Your claim of the missing 70exahash is ridiculous, you simply have no clue how those numbers are calculated and so does the guy in the article you quote.

If we go by stupid daily claims then on the 15th  500k top-of-the-line mining gears were put offline just to be plugin in again the next day.

There have never been 200exahash on the network, that's just luck in finding blocks.

Once you draw a 7 days average the maximum goes down to 180 and the current average to 140, halving your claim of the so-called missing 70exash to 40 and more importantly bring the drop below 20%, in target with the current difficulty adjustment:

Also, note that even with this difficulty drop we're still going to match February and March levels, so...what you're trying to picture here exists only in your imagination.
