I don't think the Binance Dapp is the same as the Binance spot wallet but I think you might send the USDC to a different chain?

Can you check the Binance Dapp if what chain you use when you deposit? Is that ERC20, BEP2, or BEP20?

If the address from Binance Dapp is BEP2 you sent it to the wrong chain.
Both ERC20 and BEP20 on Binance are both the same address base on my spot wallet.
