Did you gamble your BTC during those periods in the screenshot? It's possible that the interest was calculated when your balance was down while gambling. It was not based on the balance that's reflected in your account since they calculate at random time.

From the interest calculator I can see that it will give 9 satoshi for having the amount in account but you have received 10 satoshi in between.
