I don't worry too much about withdraw fees on crypto casinos because I only deposit! House edge, fairness of the games, trustworthiness of the sites are higher on my list.
But yes... some of these withdrawal fees are ridic.
Is this mean you are losing everything in those gambling site that you are playing with?
Anyway, this is a good list of fees and this is a good reason for me not to withdraw my money on those casinos using BTC or ETH. I'd usually love playing using my LTC and DOGE so far the experience is great with them, though there are sites that didn't have any options aside from BTC and ETH hope to have some updates with them too.

There are too many gambling casinos that support and focus only on BTC, they don't have an altcoin option. So, this thread is a perfect reference if you are looking for gambling casinos that intended to have a less fee. For me, using XRP for withdrawal and deposit seems good, and also a gambling site that has a coin swap inside has a great advantage upon having withdrawal if you want to have less fee. Nevertheless, this is a great job OP, it is a very helpful thread.
