Maybe upgrade will fix some issues, especially notification. I set cgminer in view mode (W:). This allows only to view status. Right now I have control miner to view status, and if something is wrong with miner's I connecting with them through teamviewer. For me this is the most comfortable.

Uhm... W:IP is not "viewmode" its actually "writemode". IPs that you set W: in the config has actually write access to your miners!
