It depends on which I am limiting my time. Sometimes I am limiting my time when I am betting just to enjoy and to have fun with the game but when it is in a serious mode just like in poker, I don't have any limits especially in time because in poker the impatience are the one who losses very quick so you must wait your turn in which you are getting a good cards every turn. In terms of money, you must just limit on the amount of money that you've afford to lose because if you cannot do that then probably you will be burried in debt.
We should always have a limit in any circumstances in our lives, even though you play in a serious mode in poker you should still limit yourself, basically, if you don't limit yourself from gambling then you are already addicted, you should know when to stop and when to continue, even though you lose for this day, you can continue it tomorrow, do not continue especially if you already lose huge amount of money because you cannot control your emotion for that time as you have already lost huge money, you can rest and continue tomorrow.
