Hi 1xbit

I have been playing on 1xbit since December across multiple sports on top tier leagues. I have done number of deposits and withdrawals without any problem. So yesterday, I was out of funds (lost a ~2 mbtc bet I was confident in), so I deposited in my account ~1.5 mbtc and won ~13.4 mbtc across 9 bets (8 won and 1 lost). All these bets and bets I have made has always been on top tier leagues like MLB. I have screenshot for the bets also. So after winning, I asked for a 5mbtc withdrawal but it was declined. I reached out to their live support and they asked me to email support team for the issue and support team asked me to reach to security team for the issue.

Today morning I got this message: "Good Day. We want to inform you, that our company decided to stop any collaboration with you (closing your account). The decision was made after a careful investigation of the situation by our security service. The decision is based on a violation of the Terms and Conditions."

This seems really absurd as I have been betting with them for 6 months now without any issues. I would request the 1xbit representative here to check my account. My account number is 244183695

For some reason, i am still logged in, can see the funds but cant use it on any betting. Please help resolve the issue at the earliest. Thanks
